WHO ARE WE?
A food and beverage operator with big ambitions...
The founding team of Caviar House & Prunier, the world's number one manufacturer of luxury consumer products such as Prunier caviar and Balik salmon, created a new company in 2015 specifically for the high-end travel market: Caviar House Airport Premium (CHAP). Our main objective is to meet the growing demand for premium catering services in airports and travel venues (train stations and ships), as an alternative to traditional operators.
Medium and large capacity airports are marketplaces dedicated to premium and luxury brands, but they too often offer a basic F&B offering, managed by giant companies with little or no premium food culture.
CHAP is the new alternative for select airports that want to offer passengers the ultimate premium food and beverage experiences. The development of bespoke concepts is carried out in partnership with our team, which boasts over 40 years of expertise in the international travel industry.
In 2017, Caviar House Airport Premium was recognized by the FAB awards for its overall work in creating and maintaining high-end quality and service in the travel industry.
